Earn a $50 Visa® Reward Card

The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act seeks to protect consumer financial privacy. By participating in this program, you are providing your express consent for Broadway Bank to provide the referrer with an incentive which may inform the referrer you are now a Broadway Bank customer.

Minimum account opening deposit is $25. The Truth and Savings Act requires disclosure is available at any Broadway Bank location or by calling 1-800-531-7650. Subject to Approval. Other conditions and restrictions may apply.

The Referred Person must meet the following qualifying activities within 90 days of account opening to earn a $50 Visa Reward Card: register for the offer, open a new Broadway Bank Free Checking account, complete a cumulative spend of $500 on the debit card attached to the free checking account and enroll in E-Statements.

Qualifying debit card purchases include PIN and signature Point of Sale purchases and online purchases. ATM withdrawals/transactions and debit card cash advances do not qualify for this promotion. Only one $50 Visa Reward Card may be earned per qualifying new account opened. The Visa Reward Card may be reported on IRS Form 1099-MISC. Broadway Bank reserves the right to discontinue this offer at any time.

Existing customers are eligible for the promotional incentive if they currently, or within the previous 6 months, are not a primary signer on a personal Checking account with Broadway Bank. Broadway Bank directors are ineligible to participate in this offer.

Please allow 4-6 weeks after completion of all requirements for delivery of the Visa Reward Card. The Reward Cards are subject to Terms and Conditions delivered with the card, including limitations on types of transactions for which they may be used. The Visa Reward Card can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted within the U.S. only. Visa is a registered trademark of Visa, Inc. Visa is not a participant or sponsor of this promotion. The Referred Person acknowledges that a Reward Card will be issued to the Referrer after all conditions have been met in the time frames provided. The Reward Cards will be mailed to the addresses provided within the ReferLive™ registration system and are only valid for three (3) months after issuance. The date of the reward card expiration is embossed on the front of the reward card. Upon expiration, reward card balances are no longer available.

The email may not be recovered if the person has “opted out” of marketing material from Broadway Bank or ReferLive™. Each person who registers at ReferLive™ authorizes future communications including emails regarding the program unless they “opt out” by making an election at ReferLive™ or within such email.
